Application of TAG and Ce:TAG Optical Ceramics in High-power Faraday Isolators

Thermooptical and magnetooptical properties of TAG and Ce:TAG ceramics were investigated. Thermally induced distortions in Ce:TAG are considerably lower relative to traditional magnetooptical media TGG, so it is very promising media for high-power Faraday isolators
