Automatic measuring system based on a collimated laser beam for aligning of shaft system of turbo-generator set

For solving the main technical problems in the repairing process of turbo-generator set the aligning and adjusting method of shaft system parameters of turbo-generator set based on a laser beam as virtual axes of rotors has been studied, the automatic measuring system, consisting of laser device, photoelectric target, servo-control device and special coordinator etc. precision instruments has been developed. The applied software of system can be used to provide the optimum aligning and adjusting scheme based on the measuring results. This measuring system can effectively shorten the repairing period and increase the electricity generation of generating set.
