Vertical and Horizontal Negotiations of Multi-Agent Planning Services in a Multi-Service Platform for Crop Managing

The paper considers the task of supporting coordinated decision-making in management of agricultural production in order to search for problem situations, develop recommendations and form plans for enterprise operations. It also proposes development of a unified software and information environment for interaction of specialists of a plant-growing enterprise for improving efficiency of production management. The paper describes smart services that operate on the basis of multi-agent technologies performing selection of crop options for production season and crop rotation, as well as technological maps of agricultural operations, combined with the developed method of adaptive planning of shift-daily agricultural operations involving agricultural machinery, equipment and other material resources. The paper demonstrates the possibility of smart services as part of the digital platform using the common enterprise bus to function through the proposed vertical and horizontal interactions of agents, thus producing coordinated solutions for a plant-growing enterprise.
