공동주택에서의 하자유형 분석을 통한 건설공사비 절감 방안에 관한 연구 :Check List 구축을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to indicate with the plan that reduces total cost by decreasing a lot of costs and time to settle for payment on problems, analyzes a defect to occur in construction works inevitably, and feedback gets the subsequent works. This study investigates the plan that prevents detail types of defect and a defect by classifying a defect into construction types and analyzes them, and select, details on wall papering do the wall papering construction that importance is high with the emphasis management object. As a result, the study supports that the quality management intensifies to reduce the construction cost by writing checklist in construction and former steps.
