Dispositivo para sujeción de múltiples transductores de desplazamiento en ensayos de losas de concreto

The article describes and discusses the results of the design, implementation and experimental evaluation of a new device for measuring the vertical displacement at multiple locations during the test of concrete slabs under quasi-static vertical loads. The proposed device is a rigid arm for clamping multiple transducers that record the displacements at eight different locations of the slab. The proposed device can be used for measuring the relative vertical displacement during the tests of 600 mm, 500 mm and 400 mm square slabs. The results observed and measured during the construction and energy absorption tests of concrete slabs reinforced with steel fibers of welded wire mesh demonstrated that the device allows to record suitably the vertical displacement at different locations of the specimen.
