A top down approach from job to course

Abstract This work exposes practices in realizing the skillsets in the students by proposing two styles of learning activities, career focused on certification and tailored maneuvers with practical investigates. Presently there are lots of opportunities for the skilled workers but industries will lack in finding people with proper skillsets they required. This paper provides the simplest and effective approach to solve the said problem.
