Quantitative Analysis About Operational Effectiveness of Anti-TBM System Based on Improved ADC Model

By analyzing the anti-TBM operational process of surface to air missile weapon system,it is found that the command information system is the key to affecting the operational effectiveness of anti-TBM system.The operational effectiveness is evaluated by the PADC model,which is an improvement of traditional ADC model based on the effectiveness of command information system.According to the construction mechanism and operation of each subsystem,the anti-TBM operational effectiveness is quantized by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the power series,weighted summation method and principal component analysis.And it is of great significance to anti-TBM operational decision-making.
