Guest Editorial: Special Section on the IEEE International Workshop on Measurements and Networking (M&N) 2015, Coimbra, Portugal, October 12-13, 2015

Following the success of the first two editions, the third edition of the IEEE International Workshop on Measurements & Networking (M&N), promoted by the Instrumentation and Measurement Society, took place in Coimbra, a lovely town of Portugal, on October 12–13, 2015. The main goals of this workshop were to provide a forum of discussion to researchers and practitioners in the areas of modeling, measurements, communications, computer science, wireless systems, and sensor networks, and to stimulate new ideas about the role of both measurements for networking and networking for measurements.
