A Reliability Low Bit Rate Receiving Technology for Telecontrol in Deep Space Exploation Communication

Deep space exploration satellite has a longer TT&C (telemetry track and command) distance than near earth orbit satellite. The LEO (low earth orbit) TT&C distance is 2800-3700 Km, while deep-space exploration is much greater than that. In December 2018, China launched Change-4 probe with a distance of 380,000 kilometers and used Queqiao relay satellite to realize the communication and control of landing and cruising. In order to realize long-distance measurement and control communication, Change-4 designed a very low communication rate of 125bps. Traditional remote control receiving equipment in our country is designed by the analog circuit. It is a hard work to debug a very small bandwidth band pass filter when the bit rate is very low. In this paper, a digital demodulation method for very low bit rate of deep space exploration is designed and implemented with high reliable anti-fuse FPGA (field programmable gate array), which can effectively solve the above problems, reduce demodulation loss and improve product reliability.
