The adjusting handle stem passes through the point of intersection of the two grooves and is connected with the adjusting handle on the outside end. The realization of the height and angular adjustment of this governor mechanism mainly depends on the axial slippage of between the axial adjusting yoke, angular adjusting yoke, and the upper and lower column casings. The steering wheel can be adjusted to a huge extent, thereby drivers in different shapes can all find the most comfortable position to drive in through the height and angular adjustment of the steering mast.
