Tissue-air ratio formulae in 60Co teletherapy dosimetry.

A basic input requirement for the computerisation of teletherapy dosimetry calculations is the provision of depth dose data, such as tissue-air ratios and off-axis ratios, in the form of tables. One may choose to leave a table as it is and make linear interpolation between values, or to use an empirical formula.
