A solution for measuring the dielectric spectroscopy of conductive aqueous solution at low and medium frequency is recommended here. The measuring system mainly consists of waveformer, four electrode probe, vector voltmeter and DSP as a controller. Electrode polarization causes serious problem in measuring the capacitance of conductive liquid when the frequency is below 200kHz. Four electrode probe is developed to solve the problem for the current is flow through the outer pair of electrodes, the inner pair of electrodes measures the voltage drop of the solution. The current flow through the inner pair of electrodes must be strictly controlled, for electrode polarization will become serious as the current increases.
