Immunologic Responses Manipulation of AIS Agents

This paper presents a formal mathematical modeling of an AIS-based control framework. The control framework encapsulates how an AIS agent operates autonomously in a dynamic environment through imitating the properties and mechanisms of the human immune system. AIS agents operate under this control framework can manipulate their capabilities in order to determine appropriate responses to various problems. A methodology describes the responses manipulation of how the AIS agents decide different kinds of responses and generate new sets of knowledge is discussed. Through the responses manipulation, a non-deterministic and fully distributed system with agents that are able to adapt and accommodate to dynamic environment by independent decision-making and inter-agent communication is achieved.
