Conical coupled stripline transmission lines

A new structure is proposed to use as an interconnect in the VLSI circuits. This structure has a shield and some strip lines all in conical form. After describing the full-wave formulation, the approximate transmission-line analysis of the structure is presented. The properties of the structure are studied using an example.
