Study on a new way to measure power frequency parameters of transmission lines

It is a difficult problem to measure power frequency parameters of transmission lines in high interferential voltage surroundings.In this paper,the state of arts of power frequency parameter measurement of transmission lines at home and abroad is analyzed.Then a new measuring way based on synchronous power supply is presented with its elements and on-site measurement procedure described.This method successfully solves the difficult problem of measuring power frequency parameters of primary lines in high interferential voltage surroundings,which greatly promotes the operation management of relay protection and the safe and stable operation of power grid.
