Feasibility Analysis and Design for Tubular Turbine Blade Based on Lifting Design Method

According to the basic principle,method and steps of lifting design method for designing runner blade of axial flow hydraulic machinery,a blade of bulb turbine is designed and three-dimensional model of tubular turbine is established.Based on the Fluent,numerical simulation of the designed blade is performed by using RNG κ-e turbulent model and SIMPLEC algorithm.And then the distribution of velocity and pressure of the blade,streamlines and velocity vector of the whole conduit are obtained.Finally,the hydraulic efficiency of turbine is estimated.The results show that the lifting design method for designing blade of tubular turbine is feasible.
