소규모 업무용 건물의 외벽 단열성능에 따른 에너지 효율향상에 관한 연구

In 2013, our country have expanded the object of duty to submit the plan of energy saving. To suitable for requirement, must adopt all essential the plan of energy saving and energy performance indicator(EPI) score over 65 points, in case of new public building must acquire EPI score over 74 points. Heat transmission coefficient (U-value) is accounted for the largest score in EPI and included in the passive sector essential in the plan of energy saving. In addition, the government is scheduled to gradually strengthen U-value to meet the level of advanced countries. Items on the thermal insulation performance of the EPI scores are separated by 0.6 to 1 point plus in the base points by dividing the average U-value range. The purpose of this paper is to compare the primary energy consumption according to the mean U-value range of external walls for each score.
