关于修改《1972年国际海上避碰规则》增加有关从事捕鱼船舶条款的建议

In order to make the ”International Regulations for Preventing Collision at Sea” meeting the needs of the rapid development of the Navigation science and technology, it is being discussed of how to revise the regulations. Together with the rapid development of deep sea fishing our country, we have more knowledge about the global situation of vessels engaged in fishing. The authors present suggestions about to add some clauses on vessels engaged in fishing in the International Regulations based on the practices of teaching and studying international regulations and experience on board of fishing vessel.
