Research on Actuator Electric Loading and Testing System

Electric loading and testing system is an important simulation system,which can simulate aerodynamic loads acting on the electric actuators of aircraft.This paper focused on extraneous torque problems caused by the problems of loading objects' active movement,system stability and tracking accuracy and so on.With respecting the hardwire designing and the controlling method,the Electric loading and testing system(ELTS) was build and also the ELTS' simple math metical model was established.Finally,digital simulation and analyses about the system based on the BP neural network PID controller were carried out.The simulation result indicates that the step response speed is enhanced and the dynamic tracking performance of torque is improved.Thus it provides a certain theoretical basis for the ELTS in the range of small torque.
