볼밸브에서 시트링에 관한 최적화 연구

The connecting rod(conrod) is the tribological part of automobile's engine. Expecially the pin-bushing bearing of a conrod is a very important part. Because it endures a high compressive force, high heat are caused by a fuel explosion. It has a two part, Copper alloy and beck metal. In this paper we studies optimum thin film thickness of copper alloy by Taguchi method. So we investigate the strength safety of bearings and present optimum value of the copper alloy.
