Research on method of testing anti-lock braking performance

The application of ABS has greatly improved the vehicle safety factor depending on its mature technology and superior performance.We design a test rig by intensive study on the principle and techniques of ABS.It can simulate the running condition of wheels for ABS to test the braking performance.Control and test system based on CAN-BUS and the powerful software LabVIEW was adopted in this paper for data acquisition,processing and communication.Test condition of the test rig is set on man-machine interface and data transmitted by the test rig is recorded and analyzed simultaneously by applying it.It can analyze the test results on various road conditions thus to test the dynamic performance of ABS.
