Chemical Composition of the Seed Oil of Coriandrum sativum L. from Cuba

ABSTRACT The essential oil obtained by hydrodistillation from the dried seeds of Coriandrum sativum L. growing in Cuba was investigated by GC and GC/MS. Thirty-five compounds (96.9%) were identified, of which linalool alone accounted for 54.57% of the oil.
