Steel plate and galvanizing steel plate, and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a method for preparing a steel plate. The method comprises sequentially heating, rough rolling, hot coiling, finish rolling, cooling, coiling, cold rolling and annealing a billet, wherein a finishing temperature of the finish rolling is 900 to 950 DEG C, a temperature of the coiling is 550 to 650 DEG C, the cooling comprises a first segment of cooling and a second segment of cooling, the first segment of cooling is carried out with a cooling speed of 40 to 50 DEG C/s so as to cool a temperature from the finishing temperature of the finish rolling to 750 to 800 DEG C, and the second segment of cooling is carried out with a cooling speed of 10 to 20 DEG C/s so as to cool a temperature from 750-800 to the temperature of the coiling. The invention further provides a steel plate prepared by the above method and a galvanizing steel plate. The galvanizing steel plate obtained by the invention is relatively high in strength and processability.
