A 230 ps Bipolar Masterslice Array with 2600 Gates

As most advanced member of a new family of ECL100K/10K compatible master-slices a 75 mm2 cell array with 2600 equivalent gate functions, 120 logic pins and minimum gate delays of 230 ps will be described.
