The fundamental law of electrostimulation

Physical interpretation is given to the fundamental formula of electrostimulation theory, which provides means for the estimation of dangerous thresholds for field strength, voltage, and current as a function of frequency. Between 20 kHz and 400 kHz the thresholds increase with 6 dB/octave. Above 400 kHz, an attenuation of 12 dB/octave makes fibers nearly insensitive to electrical excitation.<<ETX>>
