MuCell 기술의 Radiator Fan 적용성 평가

The possibility of weight reduction for Radiator Fan by using MuCell Technology was studied in this paper. If the weight of radiator fan is reduced, it is expected that the radiator system can show higher durability performance by reducing the load of motor. For the experiment, the current mold was used to investigate the characteristics of MuCell Technology. In this test, the fundamental performance including air flow volume was measured to be the same as that of current product. However, the durability performance of radiator fan produced by MuCell was lower than that of current fan because the radiator fan blades produced by MuCell were deformed during the durability test. To protect the deformation and satisfy the performance of fan by MuCell, the structural design must be considered at the initial stage of development.
