An Improved Method of Interference Cancellation for the Uniform Circular Adaptive Array

Focusing on the problems that the conventional adaptive algorithm generally needs to estimate the direction of arrival signal beam and the deviation of direction estimation will depress the performance of an adaptive array,an improved adaptive algorithm was proposed here,on a uniform circular array.Through introducing an array steering vector,the ability of searching the desired signal beam is obtained by the adaptive array.So the complicated process for direction estimate is avoided.The system scheme is also presented here.Finally,the validity of the algorithm is verified by the simulation experiment.
