The invention relates to a multipath phase-shift PWM wave generating circuit based on an FPGA. The PWM wave generating circuit comprises a plurality of PWM generating units based on the FPGA and a control signal unit. Each PWM generating unit comprises a time base counter, a synchronizing signal generator and a PWM comparator, wherein the time base counter generates triangular carrier signals, the synchronizing signal generator is connected with the time base counter and generates synchronizing short pulse signals and modulated wave signals, and the PWM comparator is connected with the time base counter and the synchronizing signal generator and generates PWM signals. The control signal unit comprises a synchronizing signal integration circuit and a synchronizing signal screening circuit, wherein the synchronizing signal integration circuit is connected with the synchronizing signal generators in all the PWM generating units and integrates all the synchronizing short pulse signals into a path of synchronizing comprehensive signals, and the synchronizing signal screening circuit is connected with synchronizing signal generators in all the PWM generating units and correspondingly converts all the synchronizing short pulse signals into multipath synchronizing pulse level signals. The multipath phase-shift PWM wave generating circuit has the advantages of being high in control accuracy and stability, few in occupancy of resources, easy to achieve and transplant and the like.
