Research of Monte Carlo simulation calculation method on working reliability for folding and deploying mechanism of missile

Aimed at problems that working reliability calculation precision was quite poor for missile's folding and deploying mechanism,this paper combined reliability calculation method based on moment state function analysis with the method based on mechanical work state function analysis,adopt moment and work on the missile wing as characteristic variables of reliability,set up a working reliability calculation model of folding and deploying mechanism,proposed Monte Carlo simulation calculation method on mechanism reliability,and carried on working reliability analysis and calculation for folding and deploying mechanism of certain type missile wing.The attained degree of reliability is 24.34% higher than that based only on moment,and 11.74% higher than that based only on work.The calculation result shows that the degree of reliability,which was obtained by the method proposed in this paper,is more closely to the engineering practice compared with calculation results based only on moment analysis or mechanical work analysis.
