Radio Frequency Devices

Radio frequency (RF) and analog/mixed-signal technologies are fundamental technologies for the fast growing wireless communications business. These technologies depend on different material systems, which can be compatible with CMOS technology process, such as SiGe-HBTs or may not be compatible with CMOS processing such as devices based on III-V compound semiconductors.
