Storing, diving and distributing of comprehensive knowledge using knowledge management in the library and knowledge center

The Library and Knowledge Center is part of a university to store all knowledge possessed and become the center of knowledge in it. This writing will offer a framework of knowledge management system implementation strategy for the Library and Knowledge Center. Beginning with the strategy planning to the deployment, and also monitoring and control process when it is already running and used. The framework itself contains tools and techniques that necessary in the knowledge management system development, such as Zack Framework for gap analysis, SDLC for the system development, and change management for the implementation phase. All these steps are made with expectation of making the implementation of knowledge management system in Library and Knowledge Center becoming more systematic and will make the department a center of knowledge network in the university where all parties can contribute to the process of knowledge management, from creating, distributing, improving, exploring, combining and providing reviews of knowledge that it is contained.
