Fault diagnosis device and method for urban rail transit train running gear

The device comprises sensors, access nodes, compound nodes, a diagnosis mainframe and a ground analysis center in a sequential connection mode. The method includes the steps that vibration data, temperature data of a bearing, vibration data of a gearbox and vibration data of a frame are measured; the measured data are preprocessed. The measured data of a same category are classified into the same category. A measured data sequence sent by the same sensor is analyzed, whether the bearing/gearbox/frame corresponding to the sensor fails or not is judged, and the fault position is determined. Fault diagnosis performed on the urban rail transit train running gear is achieved.
