Optimization of Heat Dissipation Fin of Injection Molding Machine Controller Based on Icepak Software

In order to solve the thermal problems of a company's injection molding machine,the report utilizes the CFD software ICEPAK to make a numerical simulation as well as a simulation analysis of the fin thickness and height of the radiator. By comparing before and after the heat dissipation effect of optimization,it proves that the adoption of the optimized fin thickness and height of the radiator obtains the fin structure of satisfying the requirements of heat dissipation. The results show that when the fin thickness is 1 mm and height is 8 mm,the effect of heat dissipation will be better,and the core temperature of CPU will be effectively reduced.
