De l'extraction des connaissances au Knowledge Management

Les NTIC s’inscrivent dans le vaste courant de l’assimilation et du traitement des donnees. En ce sens le concept d’extraction des connaissances a partir des donnees s’y integre parfaitement. La profusion d’informations peut etre nefaste a sa comprehension, se sont alors developpes des outils en permettant la synthese dans un souci d’economie cognitive. Le Data Mining, le Text Mining ou encore le Web Mining apportent des solutions a des problemes nouveaux de gestion des connaissances. Plusieurs implications manageriales encore emergentes dans le cadre du Knowledge Management sont ensuite evoquees.
