By Ruth V. Buckley London: The English Universities Press Ltd. 1964. Pp. 167. Price 12s. 6d. This book gives an interesting collection of problems, particularly for students taking the I.E.E. Part III examination, and indeed many of these problems have been chosen from that examination using papers of recent years. There are chapters on transmission lines, network theory, symmetrical components, electrical measuring devices, complex wave forms, transients, electron ballistics (perhaps a little out of place here), electric and magnetic field theory and electrical automatic control systems.
