액압 성형(Hydro Forming)방식의 마찰 저감을 위한 엑추에이터의 설계 및 인력 해석

This paper describes the design of actuator to minimize local friction in Hydro Forming process using electromagnetic force. The parameters affected the generating force by actuator are input current, coil turns, air-gap size, and geometric shape. Then we analyzed the force characteristics of the generating force using F.E.M. Though the results, we investigated how the change of design parameters affect the force characteristics. In the future, we will use the result of this study in the real system to minimize local friction.
