Die Transformation personaler Informationsassistenten in technische Informationsassistenten

The context factors for the transformation of personal information assistants into techni cal assistants are described. The transformation process has important consequences for information and communication work. The transformation is particularly described with the example of comunication assistants. Value-added effects and future research topics of communication assistants are discussed.
