Media telecom network: A Telco approach to peer-to-peer delivery of streaming content

This paper describes the architecture of the China Telecom Media Telecom Network (MTN), a peer-to-peer based network for delivering streaming media content to end consumers, and a summary of simulations based on this network architecture.
