A non-contact electrical testing device

The present invention discloses a non-contact electrical inspection apparatus, which belongs to the field of electric power equipment. The apparatus comprising: Ultraviolet electrical inspection module for corona discharge object to be measured in the UV pulse power density, it is determined whether the charged object to be measured to obtain a first result of the judgment; sensing module for detecting object to be measured electric field strength; ranging module for detecting an object to be measured from the electroscope; processing module for the measured electroscope distance to the object under test and the measured electric field strength to determine whether the object to be measured charged to obtain a second determination result, when the first judgment result and the second result of the judgment are not charged object to be measured to determine the object under test is not energized.
