Modeling Quality Information within Business Process Models

Business process models are a useful means to document information about structure and behavior of a business process. However, they do not aim at expressing quality information relating to business processes. Organizations are interested in the measurement and modeling of quality information for the enhancement of quality of business processes and supporting IT systems. This paper presents the results of an extensive literature and tool survey on modeling quality information within business process models.
