Finite element modal analysis of pile clamping box of hydraulic static pile driver

For providing data for the melioration of pile clamping boxes of hydraulic static pile divers,the model of pile clamping box was constituted in ANSYS.The command streams of modal analysis were programmed with APDL standing for ANSYS parametric design language.And then the modal of pile clamping box under pile clamping and pile driving were analyzed.The modal frequencies and the vibration modes were analyzed and researched.The gradients of first frequency is main parameters of pile clamping box under pile driving were analyzed.The simulation results show that Young's modulus of pile clamping box,the internal radius of mid cylinder and pile clamping box affect effectively the first frequency of pile clamping box under pile driving.
