The invention discloses an RFID (radio frequency identification) anti-theft monitoring system of a radiating source. The system comprises an electronic tag, a reader and a control center, wherein the electronic tag is mounted on the surface of each radiating source lead box; the reader is positioned at the position capable of transmitting the signal of the electronic tag to the control center; and the reader is capable of sending alarming information to the control center. Under the normal state, the reader is incapable of reading the information of the electronic tag; and the reader is capable of reading the information of the electronic tag. Under the second state, the electronic tag is provided with a photo-sensitive sensor; and the reader can be fixedly mounted and movably mounted in a hand-hold manner. The system has the advantages of monitoring the position of the radiating source in real time, preventing the false appearance that the radiating source is positioned at the original position caused by artificially tearing the electronic tag to steal the radiating source, and monitoring in real time when the radiating source is stolen.
