Bus signal priority system using utis communication network

PURPOSE: A bus priority signal system using a UTIS communication network is provided to increase the punctuality and a moving speed of a bus by controlling a traffic light. CONSTITUTION: Onboard terminals receive the movement and speed information of a bus from a satellite. A base station provides a UTIS communications network(4) and receives the movement and speed information from the onboard terminal. A traffic light controller(5) produces a correction cycle and controls a traffic light. A memory stores a current time cycle, a first set position, the movement and speed information, and position information about a stop line. A position detecting module detects the position of the bus. A determining module determines whether the position of the bus is located in the stop line or the first set position. An operating module produces the first movement time and lighting time difference. An early correction cycle producing module produces an early correction cycle.
