OO-Method: An Object-Oriented Methodology for Software Production

The Automated Programming Paradigm appears in the eighties as an alternative for the production of reliable Software. We present in this paper a Methodology (OO-Method) that covers the classical development phases of Analysis, Design and Implementation using an Object-Oriented Model to express properly Information System concepts within a working environment based on the Automated Programming Paradigm proposal. A formal Specification is obtained from the Analysis results, using Oasis [Ram2, Pas2] as Specification Language.
