자동차용 윤활유의 내구성평가에 따른 물성 및 기관성능에 관한 연구

This durability test was performed on about 12l, 6 cylinder, Heavy Duty Engine satisfied with EURO 3 Emission Standard. This Study was conducted to evaluate engine oil property and engine performance for the heavy duty diesel engine. Test procedure and method was in accordance with modified CEC L-57-T97(OM441LA) Method. In this study, Engine power, Blowby Gas. A_F, TAN, KV and Metal Components were presented to evaluate relation with engine oil property changes and engine performance. Wear metal components were generally increased and Fe, Cu was sharply increased more than 1000%. Addictive metal components were generally increased about 20%. TAN, KV show a increasing trend on the whole. but Engine performance did not change. This results mean that property changes did not make effect on engine performance because those were not as enough as to affect engine performance.
