Fuzzy-PI Control System for Fermentation Temperature Based on PLC

The container temperature has the character of large time delay and time-varying. A Fuzzy-PI control arithmetic is put forward based on PLC. The fuzzy controller and the PI adjustor are realized by PLC. That not only holds the flexible, reliable and anti-jamming character, but also largely improves the intelligentized degree of the control system. The practical results show that this system can restrain the effect of time relaying effectively and has strong robustness.
