A cavity A and a cavity B of a hydraulic motor are connected with a first reversing valve oil opening (P1) and a first reversing valve oil opening (P2). A first reversing valve oil opening (P) is connected with a check valve and a variable capacity oil pump. A check valve is connected between a second reversing valve oil opening (P1) and a second reversing valve oil opening (Pj) in parallel. A check valve is connected between the first reversing valve oil opening (P2) and the second reversing valve oil opening (Pj) in parallel. A check valve oil outlet is connected with the second reversing valve oil opening (Pj). A second reversing valve oil opening (P) is connected with a check valve. A check valve oil inlet is connected with an energy accumulator liquid injection opening and a two-position four-way hydraulic control valve hydraulic control end. A pilot control valve oil opening (C) and a pilot control valve oil opening (D) are connected with a first reversing valve hydraulic control end and a second reversing valve hydraulic control end respectively. The rotation braking energy reuse device can recycle rotation braking energy of a hydraulic shovel and use the energy in the starting process. The rotation braking energy reuse device has the advantage that a hydraulic system automatically recycles and uses energy without external electronic control.
