Research on Enterprise Safety Atmosphere Appraisement Based on the Correlation between Factor Structure and Key Elements

The paper analyzes and summarizes the basic methods about enterprise safety climate appraisement abroad. The conception, content and research focus about safety climate are defined. Based on some references, a questionnaire applicable to the safety climate appraisement of domestic enterprises is designed. Through selecting the commercial enterprises as the study samples, an empirical study is conducted by use of multi-element statistical theory. A five-factor structure including safety requirement, safety cognition, safety participation, safety status and safety performance, and 14 key elements for safety climate appraisement of commercial enterprises are extracted out by using element analysis method. The combination relationship between factor structure and key elements is explored. Thus, the safety status of commercial enterprises can be quantitatively appraised with the help of Radar Image method. This study achievements can provides some references for the appraisement of enterprise safety climate.
