Heteroscedastic Von Bertalan↵y Growth Model and an Application to a Kubbard female chicken corporeal weight growth data

DEs, Universidade Federal de S˜ao Carlos, SP, Brazil, dfln@ufscar.brAbstractIn this paper we propose a heteroskedastic Von Bertalan↵y growth model considering a het-eroskedastic dispersion matrix. Maximum likelihhod estimation procedure is addressed. The method-ology is illustrated on a real Kubbard female chicken corporeal weight dataset.Keyword: Growth Models, Multiplicative Heteroscedasticity, Maximum Likelihood.
