A Bandgap Reference with Temperature Compensation and Improved PSRR

A bandgap reference is presented. It can work in input voltage of 3.3 V with 0.35 μm N-well CMOS technology. Simulation with Spectres and HSpice shows that this bandgap reference can operate with temperature coefficient 6×10 -6/K and PSRR 2.2 mV/V.
